Recap
I crossed the 160-pound line on the scale. I knew it was time for a change.
I got under 160 pounds on my own! I did it! I got to 155 pounds. But then the scale didn't move. At all. And I was feeling really frustrated.

After six months, I am feeling great. I'm getting so close - and that's why the weight loss has slowed down. My appetite continues to be curbed, but I do have occasional snack attacks during the workday. I'm doing my best to incorporate more protein and healthy food into my meals. I also do my best to stay active, though some days are harder than others.
My next post - and photo! - will be at 135 pounds. Here's to checking back in soon. By the end of the year?! I'm very hopeful!
