Recap
I crossed the 160-pound line on the scale. I knew it was time for a change.
I got under 160 pounds on my own!  I did it! I got to 155 pounds. But then the scale didn't move. At all. And I was feeling really frustrated.

Week seventeen
*Technically, I didn't gain a pound.
I haven't been including the ounces-part of my weight. This last visit I was up 2 ounces, not a full pound.
Michelle upped my dosage to help get me to the 135-pound line (she tells me the last five or so pounds can be the slowest). I'm feeling good, but the increased dosage brought back the fatigue a bit. I'm continuing to take a B12 shot with each dosage and daily B12 vitamins. A little rest in the early afternoon helps recharge my batteries for the remainder of the day. The nausea has stopped, and that's a great feeling!
On my way to the Y this afternoon I'm hitting a summer-end sale at a great consignment store. I'm not sure I need anything, but just to try on some clothes that may not have worked earlier this year gives me something to look forward to. I'm not a shopper, but that weight loss confidence boost helps get me in there and trying on clothes!
Here's to my journey - and yours! If you've stuck with me for 18 weeks (give or take), thank you! Keeping a log with a journal is important to track any work you're doing for yourself. I have looked back at past posts - sometimes it feels like I've been doing this forever, other times it's like yesterday when I started.
I'm just glad I started because look where I am today*!

*I like the before and after pics as much as you. Look for that when I hit my goal : )
