Recap
I crossed the 160-pound line on the scale. I knew it was time for a change.
I got under 160 pounds on my own!  I did it! I got to 155 pounds. But then the scale didn't move. At all. And I was feeling really frustrated.

Week eleven-twelve
Yay! I hit 145. Starting this journey north of 160, well, that feels great!
The nausea continues but is easily treated with that little miracle tab Michelle prescribed. Fatigue is also still something I have to manage; I'm taking more breaks from my desk work to recharge, drink water and have small snacks.
The food feelings (or lack thereof) are still hard to get used to. I don't have a taste for a lot of food and when I eat, I eat very small amounts.
I mentioned in one of my first posts about being gluten free (by choice). I've been on that journey for several years and, despite Michelle giving me the okay to eat an occasional bagel, I'm still sticking to it most of the time. Restaurants are serving more GF these days, but there is the occasion that they don't and/or I feel like a few bites of a cheeseburger on fluffy brioche bun. And I happily enjoy those few, big bites. Why not the whole thing? There is NO way I could finish one.
Moving forward
The dosage stays increased for two more weeks, meaning I'm continuing in the weight loss zone. Ten pounds to go 'til my goal weight - and recommended BMI - of 135.
Here's to continuing to being healthy!
