Recap
I crossed the 160-pound line on the scale. I knew it was time for a change.
I got under 160 pounds on my own!  I did it! I got to 155 pounds. But then the scale didn't move. At all. And I was feeling really frustrated.

Week ten-eleven
Whew! There is goes! I'm feeling great, and still needing the occasional anti-nausea tab. I'm also managing occasional fatigue (getting up in the morning has been hard - and I'm a morning person!). But all-in-all, seeing that number drop is awesome and motivating.
My taste for coffee continues to be minimal (and that's ok!). With the decreased appetite, I also have to remind myself to plan each day's fruit and veggies. I have a protein shake in the morning and then small snacks/meals through the day. I am not a huge processed foods person, but find myself grabbing a protein bar too quickly sometimes for a boost.
I have the hummus and veggies ready. Ingredients for quick black bean wrap are on hand, too. I don't want to fall into bad (unhealthy) snack habits! I have eaten a Fuji apple every day for years and stopped that a few months ago. It's time to get back to those healthy habits. The apples will also help with BM's - and speaking of, I finished my first bag of prunes. Ugh, I do not enjoy them. But two a day is not that bad (I keep them in the fridge and something about them chilled makes them taste "better") and they also help with keeping things moving along, so I am sticking to the new prune habit.
Moving forward
The dosage stays increased for three more weeks, meaning I'm continuing in the weight loss zone. Eleven pounds to go 'til my goal weight (and recommended BMI).
Here's to continuing to being healthy!
