Weight Loss Journey: Week Twenty

Weight loss, nutrition and physical activity look different for everyone. Please do not start a new regimen without consulting a medical professional first. Week twenty!

The increased dosage from last is working! I feel great, lost a few pounds and am really excited to keep moving forward.

I'm doing my best (most days) to get in some physical activity. As far as food, my tastes continue to change slightly. When I started the weight loss program, I was not feeling salad. At all. And I love salad! But my taste for it is back. I add chicken or BBQ pork on top; it's so tasty and even better, a great way to get protein. And protein is what I base my snacks and meals around - it's easy to grab a handful of pretzels, but I'll feel snacky soon after. I use All Recipes online for inspiration for new protein snacks. There's no end in sight to options!

I'm on track to hit my goal weight in November! That's approximately a pound a week (4 pounds a month) weight loss consistently. I'm really happy with the process and results so far!
