Recap
I crossed the 160-pound line on the scale. I knew it was time for a change.
I got under 160 pounds on my own!  I did it! I got to 155 pounds. But then the scale didn't move. At all. And I was feeling really frustrated.

"The last few pounds are the slowest ..."
Michelle's voice sings on a loop in my head : )
Yesterday's weigh-in wasn't a surprise. As much as I wanted the scale to keep going down, I could just feel that I hadn't lost anything. Michelle said it's time to ramp up the dosage, and we did! I'm at my highest dosage so far. (She checked that I still have some anti-nausea tabs from a couple months ago, just in case.)
The weather is finally cooling, and I love being outside. I really should be spending more time working on my garden and yard - and have made that a priority this week.
I discovered that between 11am and 12pm the YMCA isn't busy. I've been trying to get there a few times a week for a midday workout. Then I'm back home for a few more hours of work at the computer.
Here's to staying healthy - and taking time for yourself!
