Recap
I crossed the 160-pound line on the scale. I knew it was time for a change.
I got under 160 pounds on my own!  I did it! I got to 155 pounds. But then the scale didn't move. At all. And I was feeling really frustrated.

Week fifteen
Whew! Back to normal!
I had spent five days out of town this week visiting my son at college and, despite eating without worry (albeit less than I normally would), I still dropped a pound!
I visited Michelle this morning and we discussed weight loss, GI issues/infection, COVID, fall healthcare and tips for staying well. It was a great check-in.
The time spent at these visits discussing my health is so appreciated. The shot visits are quick - I have the option to do them at home but I really like my face-to-face time with Michelle - and the few minutes of "health talk" is so helpful.
Michelle kept my dosage lower to continue to ensure I'm back to normal after the infection. I'm totally fine with that! I'm seven pounds from my goal, and as long as I'm dropping a few pounds a month, I'm happy.
I'm back to the Y and more strenuous activities next week. I'm looking forward to it! I miss aerobic workouts.!
Here's to staying healthy!
