I crossed the 160-pound line on the scale. I knew it was time for a change.
I got under 160 pounds on my own!  I did it! I got to 155 pounds. But then the scale didn't move. At all. And I was feeling really frustrated.
First visit/shot: 155 lbs
Second visit/shot: 153 lbs
Third visit/shot: 152 lbs
Fourth visit/shot: 151 lbs
Fifth visit/shot: 150 lbs
Sixth visit/shot: 148 lbs

Week sixteen
I'm in my groove!
Feeling great, I opted to go up a bit in this week's dosage. I'm six pounds away from my goal. Michelle confirmed that the last few pounds often come off more slowly - and that's ok with me!
Those snacking feelings are pretty much gone and my meals continue to be smaller, with as much protein as I can fit in. Fatigue has eased up. I'm getting back into group classes at the Y, plus one or two yoga classes a week.
I can't imagine going through this process without Michelle. I look forward to my weekly visits, catching up and asking questions (I usually have one two, even after 16 weeks!).
